Abstract
Research has shown that processing of the field pea grain with propionic acid contributes to improving intensity of metabolic processes. Increase in efficiency of productive action of feed was also determined. Higher growth energy was determined in II experimental group - 861 g of the average daily weight gain, which is 5 % higher than in the control group, while the cost of feed for obtaining products was decreased by 3.3% and protein - by 3.2 %.

Abstract
During experiments, effect of method of preparing the field pea grain for feeding on physiological state and performance of steers was studied. It was determined that inclusion of crushed grain in feed had the most favorable effect on protein metabolism of young stock compared to ground grain. It was also noted that animals consuming crushed grain in diet, showed higher growth energy than that of coevals consuming diet with ground grain: so, the average daily weight gain made 798 g for the first group, and 761 g for the second one.

Abstract
Feeding animals with compound feed additive in the amount of 1.0 kg helps to increase digestibility of the main nutrients and milk productivity of animals, as well as to reduce the feed cost by 8.0 %. Also lower cost of 1 kg of natural milk according to feed costs was recorded, which made it possible to obtain additional profit when feeding animals with compound feed additive in diet.

Abstract
Areas of milk-conducting lines of units and parts of milking equipment with the highest localization of colonies of mesophilic aerobic and facultative-anaerobic microorganisms (QMAFAnM) were studied and identified during milk production at milking plants 2ADS-N (milk pipeline), “Carousel”, “Herringbone” and “Parallel” type. Critical contamination limits for certain sections of the milk-conducting system are determined. The research results will promote development of system of technological self-monitoring of the sanitary condition of milking system of dairy equipment at farms and complexes with the purpose to produce 100% of milk according to sanitary and hygienic parameters corresponding to “Extra” grade: mechanical contamination (1st purity group), acidity (16-17 °T) and bacterial contamination (80-100 thousand microorganisms in 1 cm3).

Abstract
It is determined that developed domestic preparation “Supersept” is not inferior to the imported analogue “Prima Dez” (Sweden) relating its disinfection properties. After using the 1% solution of “Supersept” for disinfecting milking equipment in washes from the surfaces of units and parts of milking equipment, no microbial cells were detected. The content of microorganisms in milk was in the range of 220-260 thousand/cm3, acidity made 16 °T.

Abstract
Water quality monitoring for calves at farms of Vitebsk region showed that water does not always comply with hygienic standards. Especially relating microbiological indicators. To improve water quality, a composition “Acidolact” has been developed, which ensures increase of the average daily weight gain of calves by 12.0-12.9%. At the same time, the blood parameters improved and the level of the body's natural defenses increased.

Abstract
Under conditions of industrial management of the industry, man-caused pressure on the agro-ecosystem is increasing. Therefore, the resulting environmental damage should be considered as one of the factors reducing the production efficiency. The article analyzes the main factors of the negative impact on the environment and suggests the ways to reduce it. One of them is to use the best available technology. The efforts of scientists and practitioners should be directed at improving the system of manure storage and disposal, as well as at reducing energy costs through the use of renewable energy sources. The business considers environmentally oriented production as a sphere of prospective development that brings profit.

During the experiment, data were obtained regarding the study of patterns of the effect of protein feeds on wax production and their influence on physiological and biochemical parameters in tissues of honey bees. It was determined that the use of protein supplement feeding increases the level of wax production in bees. In particular, feeding bee colonies of the experimental groups during spring-summer period with bee pollen pellet in combination with honey (1:1) in comparison with the control group, led to increase in production of wax by bees of the Ukrainian prairie breed by 0.26 kg (td=2.48) and, respectively, 0.29 kg (td=2.45) for Carpathian breed of bees.

The paper presents results of research on issue of increasing dairy performance of first-calf black and white breed of cows, depending on peculiarities of the technological process of preparing heifers for calving and lactation. Increase in dairy performance of first-calf cows by 8.6% was determined during preparation of heifers for calving from 7 months of pregnancy, and then also milking in groups with coevals. Such animals show shorter service period , shorter calving interval and lower fertility index, lower infertiliy index.

Abstract
The purpose of the research was to determine nectar productivity of roundheaded globe thistle, its effect on honey and wax productivity of bees in conditions of Vinnitsa region. It was determined the roundheaded globe thistle had a positive effect on the honey and wax productivity of bee colonies in the apiary. The gross honey productivity of bee colonies during flowering period of roundheaded globe thistle increased by 46.7%, market one - by 65.4%. Bee colonies that were involved in experience built up 71.3% more honeycombs. Thus, possibility of using the roundheaded globe thistle to expand the bee breeding feed base was determined.

Abstract
With the same level of feeding and housing of poultry, estimation of productivity of “Cobb-500” final hybrid cross obtained from eggs of different parent herds was carried out. It was determined that productivity of broilers of “Cobb-500” cross obtained from eggs of the German parent herd was the highest at the end of the growing period. Broilers obtained from eggs of the parent herd of Lipetsk region were characterized by the lowest body weight. Poultry obtained from eggs of Spanish parent herd occupied an intermediate position and had almost the same body weight at the end of rearing period, as well as German broilers.
