Abstract
As a result of the research, we identified the dependencies of the quality of the obtained reproductive products (hardroe) and fish stock of Siberian Sturgeon on fish breeding and ichthyological indicators of the parental species. Based on the obtained results, it can be concluded that it is necessary to maintain two areas of breeding in sturgeon breeding work: the first aimed at increasing the yield of raw hardroe and selecting the largest species with developed external dimensional and weight characteristics, and the second aimed at improving the quality and survival of fish stock and selection of average producing species according to size and weight parameters.

Abstract
Introduction of estrophane into freshly diluted ejaculate of sires according to the developed method in 72 hours of storage minimizes decrease in mobility of up to 51 p.p., and also promotes increase in fertility rate by 10 %, and multiple pregnancy rate - by 0.5 animals. The dosage is not toxic to the sexual gametes, which is characterized by 88-99 % of morphological integrity.

Abstract
The perfect parameters of performance of pigs of maternal breeds used in pedigree pig breeding based on selection and genetic techniques and methods are determined. It was established that decrease in reproductive traits with increase in fattening performance is typical of animals of domestic maternal breeds. Criteria for selection of breeding animals of maternal breeds have been developed taking into account their polymorphism according to gene markers of reproductive, fattening and meat traits. The preferred B allele of the ESR gene and the recessive Q allele of the IGF-2 gene should prevail in the maternal line genome. In the paternal lineage genome, the proportion of the preferred Q allele of the IGF-2 gene should be increased in order to improve the fattening and meat traits.

Abstract
Indicators of two plant lines of pigs of Belarusian large white breed were studied, specialized in high reproductive traits (Svat 3487 and Drachun 562), created in conditions of agricultural branch of SGC Zadneprovsky of OJSC Orshansky KHP. It has been determined that pigs of Svat 3487 and Drachun 562 lines in terms of fattening and meat traits surpassed the average indicator for SGC Zadneprovsky. Indicators of young breeding animals of Svat 3487 and Drachun 562 lines meet the target standard. Certain correlation of RTI (reproduction traits index) with genotype of the ESR gene has been established.

Abstract
Production of bovine embryos using cellular reproductive technologies is one of the most developing methods for preserving the genetic potential of breeding animals. Improved technology for in-vitro obtaining early embryos for rapid reproduction and preservation of high-value animals in cattle breeding in the Republic of Belarus makes it possible to obtain 78.8-83.2 % of oocytes matured before the oocytes fertilization stage, 20.2-22.4 % of pre-implantation embryos with acceptability of 40,0-45 %.

Abstract
Developed evaluation algorithms is necessary element for determining breeding value of fur type sheep, both the lines created in the future and the entire population as a whole. The efficiency of these algorithms is substantiated by increased breeding value of producing livestock based on its more complete objective assessment and wide use of the best genotypes. Results of analysis of the value of private and complex indices of sheep breeding (genetic) value are proposed for practical implementation in our aimed work to enhance breeding process in fur production and increase its efficiency.

Abstract
Results of evaluation of Belarusian draft breed horse according to stress sensitivity using ethological test based on food and defensive motivations of behavior of experimental stock under the effect of strong non-traditional irritant are presented in the paper. Young animals of 1.5-2 years of age were studied at three agricultural enterprises. Greater part of horses (43 animals) were stress-resistant (74.1 %), three horses (5.2 %) were stress-sensitive and did not reach the standard parameters of development. Advisability of using mainly horses with temperament assessment of 7.0-8.0 points minimum for competition programs has been determined, which makes it necessary to select stress-resistant young animals for this purpose. At the same time, no reliable correlation of the mentioned feature with horse performance has been determined yet.

Abstract
The paper presents the results of study of NaCl effect on the average length, weight and survival of embryos and larvae of rainbow trout ( Oncorhynchus mykiss ) during incubation in conditions of fish breeding industrial complex (UZV). It was determined that NaCl concentration of 300 mg/l with exposure time of 15 min and 30 min (daily prior to switching to exogenous nutrition) ensures significant increase of relative weight gain by 84.3 and 15.5 % (depending on the exposure), average length - by 3.2 and 7.7 % (depending on the exposure), average survival - by 8.2 % and improvement of toxicological parameters in during analysis of decade survival of fish seedling material of rainbow trout. This method of increasing the efficiency of incubation process is important for fish farms engaged in reproduction of rainbow trout.

Abstract
Positive effect of biostimulants (crezacine at a dose of 3-6 mg/ml, recombinant human lactoferrin - 1-2 mg/ml and epibrassinolide - 2х10-8-2х10-9 mol/l) on complete in vitro maturation of sperm cells of producing bullswas determined. When introducing crezacine into capitation medium at the indicated dose, the total motility of sperm increases by 1.3 p.p. after maturation and by 14.6 p.p. in 24 hours compared with the control group. Concentration of sperm cells with PPD increased by 0.9-5.2 percentage points respectively. Anomalies of sperm cells development decreased by 0.2-1 p.p. When introducing rhLF at a dose of 1-2 mg/ml, the OP of spermatozoa increased by 7.8 p.p., the number of sperm cells with PPD increased by 2.4-5.1 p.p., abnormal development of the tail, head and middle part of the spermatozoon decreased in all the experimental groups compared to the control up to 1 p.p. When introducing 2х10-8-9 mol/l of EPB into medium in 24 hours after capitation, the number of motile sperm cells increased by 12.4 % compared with the control, and the number of sperm PPD exceeded the control by 1.2 percentage points. In this experimental group, at both stages of the studies, there were no sperm cells with anomalies of head and tail.

Abstract
The paper presents results of study of some interior characteristics of breeding two-year-old carp of Belarusian and foreign selection, Amur wild carp of the Khanka population and hybrids obtained by crossing carp of different species with wild carp. Comparative description of experimental groups of carp, wild carp and hybrids on the relative length of the intestine and the ratio of front and rear chambers size of swim bladder are given.

Abstract
In the course of the research, correlations between fattening and meat and fat traits of young pigs reared in Belarus were studied. The correlation coefficients between fattening and meat traits were generally small and amounted to 0.15 to 0.30 for animals of Belarusian breeds and 0.19 to 0.33 for imported animals. Analysis of correlation coefficients between measurements of carcass and its separate cuts also showed low correlation. Thus, between the carcass length and backfat thickness, the overwhelming majority of the domestic (except for the Belarusian black-and-white breed) breed and import selection showed a slight negative correlation, which ranged from -0.18 to -0.23. A relatively low positive correlation was determined between the carcass length and indicators of hind quarter weight and loin area, which made in the first case from 0.13 to 0.30, and from 0.16 to 0.37 in the second case.

Abstract
Research have been carried out on linear estimation of daughters of producing bulls of two new factory lines Prelude 392457 and Dzhastik 750034 according to constitution type, and analysis of productivity depending on the type obtained according to this assessment was carried out. The best among estimated producing bulls of Prelude 392457 line in the overall rating of the 100-score system were daughters of Email 100489 bull (93.6 scores), and the lowest - daughters of Positiv 750016 (80.5 scores). At increase in the category of cows, their productivity remained almost unchanged, except for productivity of cows with “excellent” score, which decreased by 418 kg compared with “good+” score, and difference between animals with “excellent” and “satisfactory” score made 565 kg . Among the bulls of Dzhastik 750034 line, producing bull Univers 750388 (92.7 scores) gained the highest total score, and producing bull Homer 750270 (87.2 scores) gained the lowest score. When increasing the category of cows, their productivity increases by 12, 223, 102 and 215 kg of milk, and the difference between categories “excellent” and “satisfactory” made 552 kg.

Abstract
The paper presents the results of study of efficiency of new variants of breed and linear hybrids of pigs of genotypes (LхY)хD, (YхL)хD и YхL. When studying meat traits of hybrid young pigs of new genotypes, it was determined that fattening young pigs had rather high rates of meat productivity. Economic effect of implementation of recommended options for obtaining hybrid young stock made per one average annual sow for combinations: Y×L -188.50 rub., (L×Y)×D - 123.19 rub., (Y×L)×D - 279.10 rub.

Abstract
The paper presents the results of study of ratio of edible and inedible body parts of two-year-old carp of Belarusian and foreign selection from collection herd of SPU Izobelino grown together under the same conditions. Based on study of interior indicators of carp of different origin, statistically significant differences between different breed groups were determined and lines and breeds distinguished by increased carcass yield (edible part of the body) were determined.

Abstract
It was determined that mares of Russian heavy duty breed managed at “Vorotets” horse farm in experimental and economic area of Polesye State Radiation and Ecological Reserve had good reproductive traits. In the groups covered with 50 mares, marriage rate was 93.4 %, efficient foaling made 88 %, and foals yield - 86 %.

Abstract
The paper presents the results of studies on feeding young cattle with compound feed with 10% of granulated lupine. Its positive effect on physiological state of animals and increase in average daily weight gain by 7.81% were determined. Extra profit for the period of production inspection amounted to 21.97 rubles per animal or 1098.5 rubles for entire livestock during experiment.

Abstract
We have conducted research on the effect of feed enriched with sapropel and defecate on the metabolism and mineral exchange in dairy cows. The results obtained indicate that use of defecate and sapropel in feed eliminates mineral deficiency and optimizes the main indicators of metabolism in cows.

Abstract
As a result of research it was determined that when a phosphatide-and-oil emulsion in the amount of 1.0, 2.0 and 3.0 % was introduced into compound feed for young cattle, positive effect on nutrients metabolism intensity rate was recorded. When rapeseed phosphatide-and-oil emulsion was introduced in the experimental amount, the average daily weight gain increased by 10.1, 6.8 and 6.3 %. Analysis of hematological profile of morphological-and-functional properties of blood, biochemical status and mineral metabolism suggests that feeding animals with rapeseed phosphatide-and-oil emulsion in the amount of 1.0 % ensured the best metabolic results. Phosphatide-and-oil emulsion in diets for young pigs in the amount of 2 % allows to increase the average daily weight gain by 9.71 % averagely, and reduce feed consumption per gain unit by 9.1 %.

Abstract
Perfect ratios of metabolizable energy and bioavailable essential amino acids in compound feeds for young pigs have been determined. For piglets at rearing this indicator made 0.66 g of available lysine per 1 MJ of metabolizable energy, respectively, for the first fattening period - 0.59 and for the second - 0.55. Reduction of the level of available lysine per 1 MJ of metabolizable energy by 5%, compared to the current standards, allowed to reduce its amount for synthesis of 1 kg of muscle tissue during the rearing period by 2.2%, during the I fattening period - by 3.7, during the II - by 4.3% with no decrease of animals’ performance.

Based on the research results, varieties of Belarusian selection with high yield of green mass during booting phase were revealed: IZS-2, Kovcheg, IZS-3, IZS-4, Grodno, Svisloch. Relating the nutritional value - IZS-1, Berezino, Kovcheg, Yubiley, Prometey, Impuls, IZS-3. Varieties Kovche, IZS-1, IZS-2, IZS-3, IZS-4, Berezino and Prometey can be used both for grain and for laying pastures for grazing and feeding with green feed in its pure form with a seeding rate of 5 million seeds per hectare.

Abstract
It was determined that experimental batches of wet rolled corn grain preserved using lyophilized lactic acid bacteria strains ( Lactococcus ssp., Lactobacillus plantarum, Lactobacillus casei ) with addition of chemical component (Na pyrosulfite or Na benzoate) had a sufficiently high content of all nutrients. So, the dry matter content made 63.28-66.20 %, crude protein - 10.73-11.13 %, and crude fiber - 2.91-3.23 %. Inclusion of preservative based on strains of lactic acid bacteria with inclusion of chemical component when preserving wet rolled grain makes it possible to obtain feed with energy nutrition value at the level of 12.04-12.16 MJ of metabolizable energy per 1 kg of dry matter.

Abstract
It was determined that energy nutritional value of wet crushed sunflower grain made 11.51 MJ of metabolizable energy, which is 2.6 % higher than nutritional value of sunflower meal (11.22 MJ). Inclusion of wet crushed sunflower grain in diets for dairy cows allows to obtain dairy performance of cows at the level of 19.5 kg and to improve milk quality due to increased content of fat and protein.

Abstract
Results of studies are presented with the purpose to establish the effect of feeding calves with different amounts of linseed and long-stalked flax cake as part of concentrated feed on physiological state and blood parameters of calves in the first growing period. Positive impact of these additives on the interior indicators of animals has been determined: so, the concentration of red blood cells, level of hemoglobin in blood, content of urea in blood serum increased, level of glucose and content of calcium and phosphorus were within the physiological standard.

Increased level of vitamins and trace elements in diets for steers helps to optimize metabolism, as indicated by increase in the amount of nitrogen in the rumen fluid by 0.018 p.p., volatile fatty acids - by 10.8 %, digestibility of dry matter in feed - by 3.28 p.p., protein - by 4.07 p.p., better absorption of mineral substances - by 1.0-5.2 p.p., organic selenium - 1.9 times, fat-soluble vitamins - by 4.4-5.2 percentage points.

Abstract
Use of nanoparticles of copper, zinc, cobalt, manganese, iron and selenium in diets for cows in the amount of 1 and 2 % of diet with premix P 60-3 has effect on hematological parameters and performance of animals, contributes to reduction of the feed specific proportion in the cost price structure and obtaining additional products in the amount of 105.3 and 163.8 rubles from one cow during the research period.
