Частота V-аллеля гена гормона роста у коров отечественной селекции практически в 3 раза выше, чем у животных французской селекции, при этом с высокой частотой, практически в равных частях (по 45 %) представлены животные французской селекции с LL и LV вариантами генотипа, 10 % - гомозиготный VV генотип, для животных отечественной селекции этот показатель составил 49 %.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>French and Ukrainian selection of Charolais breed cows DNA typing identified the high frequency of B allele (0.3373) and homozygous BB genotype (0.1446) of the kappa-casein gene.
