В связи с этим необходимо знать токсичность и биотрансформацию микотоксинов у разных видов животных и человека, чтобы предотвратить возможность заражения, а также их инактивацию или уменьшение вреда в случае, когда заболеваемость неизбежна. В статье представлены результаты изучения степени поражённости микотоксинами кормов и комбикормового сырья в Республике Беларусь за период 2011-2021 гг. Материалом для исследования было 11089 образцов комбикормов и их компонентов. Результаты изучения качества злаковых зерновых культур, соевых, подсолнечных и рапсовых шротов и жмыхов, отрубей и кормов в совокупности на содержание микотоксинов в динамике за последнее десятилетие доказывают необходимость применения в составе комбикормов адсорбентов микотоксинов.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>Mycotoxins, being secondary metabolites of mold, represent a serious food safety problem, cause intoxication in animals and reduce their productivity. In this regard, it is necessary to know the toxicity and biotransformation of mycotoxins in different species of animals and humans in order to prevent the possibility of infection as well as their inactivation or harm reduction when morbidity is unavoidable. The article contains the results of studying the degree of mycotoxin contamination of feed and compound feed raw materials in the Republic of Belarus for the period 2011-2021. Materials for the study were 11089 samples of compound feed and its components. The results of studying the quality of cereal crops, soybean, sunflower and rapeseed meals and cakes, bran and fodder in total for mycotoxin content in dynamics over the last decade prove the necessity to use mycotoxin adsorbents in compound feed.</p></trans-abstract><kwd-group xml:lang="ru"><kwd>корма</kwd><kwd>комбикормовое сырьё</kwd><kwd>микотоксины</kwd></kwd-group><kwd-group xml:lang="en"><kwd>feed</kwd><kwd>compound feed raw materials</kwd><kwd>mycotoxins</kwd></kwd-group></article-meta></front><back><ref-list><title>References</title><ref id="cit1"><label>1</label><citation-alternatives><mixed-citation xml:lang="ru">Поражение кормов микотоксинами в Беларуси.
