Как показывает анализ полученных данных, удаление фолликулов диаметром свыше 8 мм не оказывает влияния на эффективность аспирации ооцитов. Количественные и качественные показатели в опытной группе не отличались от контрольной. Удаление доминантного фолликула за 72 часа до начала аспирации позволило увеличить, в расчёте на одну аспирацию по сравнению с контролем, количество аспирированных фолликулов на 41 %, выход ооцитов - на 22,9%, в том числе ооцитов пригодных для культивирования - на 30,8 %. Стимуляции яичников препаратом «ФСГ-супер» увеличивала количество аспирированных фолликулов на 19,2-39,8 %, выход ооцитов - на 32,8-45,9 %, в том числе пригодных для постановки дозревания - на 39,6-43,7 %. Использование препарата «Плюсет» увеличивало количество аспирированных фолликулов на 35,9 %, выход ооцитов - на 35,3 %, в том числе пригодных на 43,9%.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The paper presents the results of studies on the effect of folliculogenesis regulation on the efficiency of oocyte aspiration. The analysis of the obtained data shows that the removal of follicles with a diameter over 8 mm does not affect the efficiency of oocyte aspiration. Quantitative and qualitative indicators in the experimental group did not differ from the control one. Removal of the dominant follicle in 72 hours before aspiration, allowed to increase, calculated per one aspiration in comparison with the control, the number of aspirated follicles by 41%, yield of oocytes - by 22.9%, including oocytes suitable for cultivation - by 30.8%.
