Объектом исследования являлись свиньи пород: белорусской крупной белой (БКБ), белорусской мясной (БМ), белорусской чёрно-пёстрой (БЧП), ландрас (Л), дюрок (Д) и йоркшир (Й), разводимые в племенных предприятиях республики. При молекулярно-генетическом тестировании был выявлен полиморфизм генов MUC4 и ECR F18/FUT1 у животных различных пород и половозрастных групп (хряки-производители, свиноматки, откормочный молодняк), представленный аллелями MUC4С, MUC4G и ECR F18/FUT1А, ECR F18/FUT1G, и идентифицированы генотипы: MUC4СС, MUC4CG, MUC4GG, ECR F18/FUT1АА, ECR F18/FUT1GG и ECR F18/FUT1AG. Анализ генетического тестирования по гену MUC4 показал, что устойчивой к эшерихиозу является порода дюрок, все животные имели предпочтительный генотип MUC4CC - без мутации. По остальным породам и породному сочетанию концентрация генотипа MUC4CC составила: белорусская чёрно-пёстрая - 53,1 %, белорусская мясная - 56,9 %, БМ х Л - 63,3 %. Изучение генетической структуры пород в среднем по гену ECR F18/FUT1 показало, что наименьшая встречаемость животных с устойчивым генотипом ECR F18/FUT1АА отмечалась у популяций породы: йоркшир - 1,6 %, белорусской чёрно-пёстрой - 2,0 %, ландрас - 4,5 %, а наибольшая частота встречаемости генотипа ECR F18/FUT1АА наблюдалась у популяций породы дюрок - 10,3 % и у животных породного сочетания БМхЛ - 12,5 %.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>DNA-testing was conducted by porcine MUC4 gene and ECR F18/FUT1 gene by PCR-RFLP method. The object of research was pigs of the following breeds: Belarusian Large Whites (BLW), Belarusian Meat (BM), Belarusian black-motley (BBM), Landrace (L), Duroc (D) and Yorkshire (Y), bred in the breeding enterprises of the republic. At the molecular genetic testing gene polymorphism of MUC4 and ECR F18/FUT1 genes was determined with animals of different breeds and sex and age groups (boars-producers, sows, young animals at fattening), represented by alleles MUC4С, MUC4G and ECR F18/FUT1А, ECR F18/FUT1G, and the following genotypes were identified: MUC4СС, MUC4CG, MUC4GG, ECR F18/FUT1АА, ECR F18/FUT1GG and ECR F18/FUT1AG. Analysis of genetic testing by MUC4 gene showed that Duroc breed is resistant to colibacillosis, all animals had preferred genotype MUC4CC - without mutations. For other breeds and breed combination the MUC4CC genotype concentration was: Belarusian black-motley - 53.1 %, Belarusian meat - 56.9 %, BM x L - 63.3 %.
